  How do I access Phone Banking once registered?

Call 13 61 91 and select option 1 and follow the prompts

  Can I access the Phone Banking Service while overseas?

The Phone Banking Service can be accessed while overseas using the International Access Number for that country, followed by +61 2 9678 2111. Although SCU does not charge for the service, international call rates will apply.

  What happens if I forget my access code?

Just call SCU and we will arrange to issue you with a new access code.

  What do I need to do to give somebody else access to my accounts?

Any person can be given access to your accounts. You can give them full access or limit their access to specific functions. In order to give another person access you will need to complete an Authorisation Form at any branch.
