So, you’ll always find us open and upfront with you. We’ll never hide behind financial jargon or mountains of detail. And we’ll never pressure you. If anything is unclear, or you want space to think before you make a decision, just let us know.

Over the years, we’ve learned a lot about what works for our members and how to help them to get the things that they want from their banking.
We’re happy to spend as much time with you as you would like in order to share what we know with you and help you to make the right decisions. That holds true whether you are opening a youth account with a $1 deposit, you are looking for smarter ways to manage your daily finances, or whether you are in the market for a million dollar property loan.

You can always expect great rates from us and low (or no) fees and charges. And better than that. We’ll always look at the total deal you are being offered and do everything we can to make it as generous as possible for you.
